WisdomTree has resubmitted its proposal for a spot Bitcoin ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart. The revised filing, known as an S-1, indicates that WisdomTree is still pushing forward with its plans to launch a spot Bitcoin ETF and is currently in discussions with the SEC.
